Expansion at the Marine Training Center

The Landfall Navigation Marine Training Center is proud to announce a comprehensive curriculum of classroom courses for recreational and professional mariners on topics of boating and seamanship. The Center's focus is to encourage Long Island Sound boaters to use the off-season months to increase their knowledge, safety, and fun factor at sea.

Henry Marx, owner of Landfall Navigation and the Marine Training Center, explains that the expanded mission of the MTC is to become the area's leading knowledge resource center for boaters. "We wish to offer our boating community a broad curriculum of boating and seamanship courses in accelerated learning formats, and to facilitate the connection between subject matter experts and participants at an affordable price."

The center, located in Stamford, CT, has a modern classroom, a staff of skilled, professional instructors and varied schedule of subjects ranging from single evening courses to day-long workshops.
